After the Divorce is Final:
- Check your divorce decree — It should specify who gets which vehicles.
- If the car was awarded to you — The divorce decree serves as legal proof of ownership. We can work with this document.
- If both names are on the title — You may need your ex to sign, OR the divorce decree can override this requirement.
